For ongoing consulting arrangements, services rendered prior to cancellation remain payable in full.

Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, reports, strategies, and deliverables created by MBJJ Ventures Inc. remain the intellectual property of MBJJ Ventures Inc. until full payment has been received.

Limitation of Liability

MBJJ Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable services.

Governing Law
